Girlfriend progress goes up with out dates?

Which is odd, with her being the masochist of the bunch.

Both times I had other girlfriends gatecrash a date, it was on a Millie
date. First time was with Barbara in a police rancher. Second was Denise in
her Hustler. Now I have a dualcore PC, it might be possible to record one of
these events.

Speaking of girlfriends ... why is it that you can sometimes kill one, and
she'll reappear some time later at her usual home. But sometimes they die
and never return.

My "girlfriend" in east LA is dead and gone. Likewise the one in north LV.
Also the police station chick at El Sombrero (or whatever it's called). And
the one at the farm in Flint County, west of LA. (That's all of them,
right?)

Anyway, is there a cheat I can use to get them back (so I can kill them
again:) ???

I run on the PC, so a file-based solution would work.

Forgot about the two girl friend on the north side of SF. They're dead too.

I should probably explain - After the first time I did it (Just after
"Key To her Heart") it wouldn't allow me to collect the icon again
until after I had her passcard for last heist mission.

I had to wait a long while after the first time I saw it - for some
reason I got busted by a girlfriend whilst cruising with somebody else
and tried to drive past her to escape (That was the direction I was
facing). I lost progress as a result.

It was a little odd, as at the time I with Denise in Los Santos and the
roads and bridges were blocked off at the time. OK, so I cheated a
little to get Barbara and Katie as this was before I discovered that
you can retain their dating bonuses just by starting a new game.

Keep an eye on the top of the screen - if you get a message saying that
she's dead then she's gone forever (The game has acknowledged it).

Weirdly, the girlfriends survive surprisingly high falls too, and if
they live and CJ dies they'll respawn where they're supposed to.

Here's a thing:

1. Put on the "Cars float away when hit cheat" and stick it in a
garage.

2. Get a date and ram in to the vehicle with another to make it float
at the top of your garage (For ease, do this at Doherty, SF).

3. Enter the vehicle and float up high in the sky. Make sure you have a
parachute equipped.

4. Dive out the car when you think you're past the "official" ceiling
height. It'll be like you're tandem skydiving.

5. Before you hit the ground, as you'll both no doubt be at terminal
velocity, pull the cord and float down. Try to land in the place that
your girlfriend landed.

6. Sometimes you'll be amazed to see your GF standing there as you
float the last few metres back to terra firma.

You have to do this trick fairly fast, as otherwise the chick will get
bored and fail the date.
