Dan & Dave addon game on a circular map with ITA scoring and unique
planet names. Players start near the
outside edge of the circular map fairly isolated from their neighbors
although a neighbor might take an asteroid
ride to visit you!. Planet values increase as races populate the
center planets.

Addons: Starbase+, Race+, Asteroids.
Homeworlds in a circle, each race starts with 1SB & 2 ships.
Universe Rich, Rich Rich, Crystalline like it hot
ITA Scoring: Planets closer to the center are worth more.
Addons: Race+, Starbase+, Asteroids
Winning Criteria: ITA Score of 55%
