GTA4 review - OXM (UK) - 10/10

I don't know about the OXM UK version but the OXM US version uses a 1-11
ratings scale. 10 is not perfect, I would think that the 1-11 scale is
for both versions.

I don't know if this ratings scale is deliberatly misleading by using a
1-11 scale,but the US version clearly states that 'no game is perfect'
and will likely never get the 'perfect' score of 11.

Technically speaking US version of OXM has NEVER given a 'perfect' score
to any game EVER in it's entire history.
I saw the same thing happen when US OXM reviewed Bioshock,Halo3,& Mass
Effect.
People went apeshit posting, 'why does OXM give perfect 10's'.

Well I say ,If you actually read the mag ,10 is not PERFECT, 11 is
,dipshits! Get your damn facts straight.
The scale is 1-to-11, got it? ok right that down in your head.
It's not 10/10 it's 10/11,sheesh

11 is one more, so obviously it's for games that are even better than 10.
