[GTA2] Enclosure Next to Escobar Garage

Playing through GTA2 right now and can't for the life of me figure out
how to get into the enclosure in Escobar (Industrial Sector) along the
main southern road, right next to the garage and bordering the road
leading to the red phone. Would like to get in there for the token, if
anyone's got a decent memory and can provide me pointers?

I'm assuming there's a ramp somewhere to jump to get in, but I can't
spot any in any of the nearby areas (the main lair, the Power Core where
you had to destroy 3 tanks to rescue Krishnas or the 'Deconstruction'
yard that makes up most of Lattero, nor whatever that area immediately
north of the yard is supposed to be).

Oops. I suppose that should be "(Power Core, the area just east of PC
where you had to destroy 3 tanks to rescue Krishnas..." I'm even worse
at real-world geography. ;P
