Or better yet, head to the residential area by Faustus' house. There's
*always* a Turismo there.
There's also always Turismos in the dealership by the penthouse safe
house.
And a crotch rocket in a dealership on the western-most island.
Personally, I can't see why anyone would prefer anything to a Turismo,
unless you're interested in experimenting with the different handling
characteristics of the various vehicles...
A more entertaining trick to do at gas stations, IMO, is to back up a
bunch of cars at one, and toss a grenade into the mix. >> Stay informed about: GTA IV Tip - getting a good vehicle |

Similar thing happened to me. I was taking Brucie out for pool or
drinks or something, and he was babbling on about steroids or fish
paralyzer or whatever. Slowed down for a turn onto an on-ramp, and
felt a faint thud sound off to the side. I turned, and there was a
truck parked at a gas station, and the truck's external tank was on
fire. I remember thinking 'oh, this can't be good' - and then the
whole station went up in a fireball.
Unscripted, that one. I reloaded from the same savegame, went on the
same trip with Brucie, went to the same corner - no truck.
And, as you described - the cops and fire department did show up, but
they basically drove right past the scene and headed off to who-knows-
where. >> Stay informed about: GTA IV Tip - getting a good vehicle |

Last night I was driving back from a mission and a series of
explosions happened at the gas station. I am still not sure whether it
was an accident or someone was trying to take either me or my
passenger out but once away from the place no more explosions. Crazy
how the patrol cars were just ignoring it :O)
