au contraire. i buy all of my games from OS. it's not as simple as
Aussies being wowsers with violent games, it's a stupid by-product
of lazy politicians not fixing a broken classification system.
simply put, we (Australia) don't have an R-rating for games. it just
doesn't exist. so if you release an adults-only game, it either must
be edited (a la GTA III) or not released at all. our Office of Film
and Literature Classification (OFLC) cannot classify an adults-only
game if there is no possible classification for it. simple and
annoying. therefore the Australian adult misses out on great
experiences like hookers in GTA III.
