-Partly build a SCUD. 10% will do. Stop building.
-Build an attack unit.
-Highlight the attack unit that is built
-Highlight the SCUD that isn't finished.
-Hit Q, the attack unit will respond.
-Hold the "Ctrl" key down, and target the unit anywhere, even where you
can't see.
-The unit will run across the map to attack AND the UNBUILT SCUD will fire
as well.
-The SCUD will fire every 10 seconds or so, keep repeating steps 3 to 6 to
keep retargeting it.
-Just keep retargeting it. You won't be able to see what is targeted, but it
WILL get hit by SCUDS and it will get hit often until you change the target.
