Newbie question: Servers, what's the A, M & H? - I'm playing the trial. When you get to the server selection popup, along the top is stuff like name | type | players | status | A | M | H. Name, type, players and status I What does the A, M & H stand for?

Just for information, there are (some) decent free servers around, giving you what you want. There are about 100 people actually playing.
