Online game? - Isn't there any place where it is possible to play Diplomacy online? Perhaps a game?

Game Queues and GMs - Hi, I have a question about the actions of some GMs that use the game queues. If a player signs up to the game queues, is that a guarantee that they will be placed into a game? The reason I ask is that I have seen GMs take names off of the game queue..
