Hi, johns. I'm like you, but maybe even more behind. I just completed
Syberia I and II (in May 2006); played them back-to-back for the first time.
Beautiful games with a lovely story, but I'm ready to move on to something a
little more puzzle-y and less walk-y.

Maybe; maybe not. With the release of Paradise, Benoit Sokal may not return
to Kate and the story of Syberia. I'd like to know what happened to that
lovely house and industrial complex of the Voralbergs. But that would mean
having to have a turn-around for the train (unless it could back up all the
way) and extensive repairs to a trestle.

That is the theory of many who have played the games.

I don't see how it could have been, after his injury and all. But then
again - maybe all of the trains and railways were Hans' work?

The "Great Mastodon" (the big ol' mammoth) seemed to know Hans. At least,
the mammoth didn't eat him. I guess mammoths are vegetarians.

So the Youkols (especially the shaman) knew something that Kate didn't know
herself.

Then Kate was destined to lead Hans to the mammoths from birth, or
something.
Seems a reasonable explanation as any.

We knew she couldn't resist the adventure.

Yes, Dan the Man. The guy who just couldn't wait.

Oui. The French. They certainly have vivid imaginations, don't they?
And fabulous food...
