the UK price) but they've put it up to $40 now

This started my looking for a current US distribution. I found them selling here in the US from gogamer.com. I bought one on Saturday, got here Thursday, and cost about $47.38 total with insured cheap shipping. It ships from Cali, and they have an excellent rating on various rating sites.
