| A while back, I was looking to enchant a "loot transport" ring. I
compared Feather to Forify Strength, and it seemed that the latter was
far more effective at increasing your effective carrying ability.
Are there any reasons/situations where Feather is better?

Feather doesn't get hit by drain strength spells, doesn't interfere
with recovering drained strength and so forth. However, if you just
want to carry as much as you can 10 feet or 10 seconds, boosting
strenght costs less magic. >> Stay informed about: Feather vs. Fortify Strength |

Only alchemically, if you happen to have the ingredients for one but
not the other. Effect-wise, Fortify Strength is better hands down. >> Stay informed about: Feather vs. Fortify Strength |

I thought there was a problem with jumping and falling if you used
Fortify Strength versus Feather. Don't you take damage according to
your weight? >> Stay informed about: Feather vs. Fortify Strength |
