Archived from groups: alt>games>microsoft>flight-sim (more info?)

Have taken a day or two out from work to come back home (hence my
one-off reappearence here! Hi folks; hope all goes well with you
all...) - home being 3 miles from Farnborough. Watched jet fighter
dispalys over the house today - the Red Arrows doing aerobatics just a
few hundred feet above my roof (amazing!)..

Then suddenly, an A380 appears below the clouds, flying right for us -
maybe 1000 feet up or so. It is in a steep climb - 30/40 degrees nose
up; then it levels off - and plummets, 30 degrees nose down I'd guess,
a steep bank at the same time. I just stood there in the garden, my
jaw on the floor: an A380 so close I felt I could almost touch it. And
doing aerobatics!

If it's not raining heavily tomorrow (as it was, sadly, for quite some
time today) I'll go to the show itself - gather I can have a look at
the A380 right up close.

Awesome stuff !!!!!
