Fan Mission Files

I'm writing a Fan Mission Manager program. I'm having trouble getting the
Mission Name, Thief Version from some of the files as they either do not
have a text file or rtf, or do not contain the information. However,
programs like DarkLoader & GarrettLoader are able to display this
information for all Fan Mission Files.

Does anyone know where I can find information on how I can extract this data
from the Fan Mission Files?
