I noticed that. RPG shorthand for areas with hostile creatures i
would guess, nothing worry too much about I think. Both fallouts has
the equivalent of dungeons, although they tended to make more sense
than your typical dungeon - mines, vaults, underground military
installations, maybe a Deathclaw warren or two.
