Fallout 3 - console question (cheat)

Has anyone figured out how to use the console to modify your carrying
capacity (without increasing strength or adding the strong back perk)?

Or adding a companion That you could do with the console.

setgs fAVDCarryWeightsBase <number> - Set weight limit.
setgs fAVDCarryWeightMult <number> - Set strength multiplier for
weight limit.
player.setAV carryweight <number> - Set maximum carrying weight.

Should be one of those.
