| Well after 1st impressions very good but looks like i ll have to upgrade my
486DX2 66 4mb ram now oh this is going to be costly!

I have a X2 4400 @ 4800 (2400mhz dual core) and a 7800gtx. I also have 2gig
system ram..... so not exactly a top end system, but not far off it... guess
what fps i get a MIN SETTINGS....
2fps....
not a whole 2, but more like 1.8... I not sure what im doing wrong but i
expect more than this!!!!1 lol

Yea i did like the demo, i liked the small touches like when the flaps and
speed brakes are appliled the screen nods down as in a real aircraft!

I thought the speed brake caused too much movement in the view. Too
much of a good thing IMHO.

i take that back....... it seems Simcity4 while closing down last time i
played it didnt fully do so, and was still zapping up ram and CPU cycles...
I can run at max settings on everything at have 12-20fps which is ok.....
Although i prefer 20fps solid so will probably back the settings down
somewhat.

That's really bad news.
Basically, if this demo is a true test, a top of the line computer will get
you very mediocre frame rates.
