Post subject: FSX G1000 DME for nav 1 & 2

I may have missed it but in FSX using the G1000 where is the DME info? I
have the manual and it shows an ADF/DME select but I do not see it on the
panel.

If I select an ILS with DME for NAV 1 or 2 where and how do you display the
distance information?
