I haven't seen that problem in FS2002 but I see it in FS2004 on a 6600GT. I
get flickering black circles in the 3d areas which go away if I set the game
color depth to16 bits from the 32 bits which seems to be default.
I'm also running a second video card, an ATI 9200 (that's a no-no they tell
me) and see those flashing triangles, I call them artifacts, in the 3d view
if I turn on Lighting and Transform in the game's Display Hardware settings
for that card. They go away if I turn that setting off, but that cuts my
frame rate to about half, I don't know why.
