I've just got a nice new 8800GTS graphics card, so wondered what the
frame rates in the above would be. Well, they are high, but I'm
getting flashing triangles on the screen, like an overclocked graphics
card would produce. I'm sure the card is fine , as all other games
are OK, so is there a known issue with FS2002 Pro? Is there a patch
for it, as I could not find one anywhere.

I'm on XP pro sp2 and nvidia drivers 169.06, which came with the card.

Thanks

I haven't seen that problem in FS2002 but I see it in FS2004 on a 6600GT. I
get flickering black circles in the 3d areas which go away if I set the game
color depth to16 bits from the 32 bits which seems to be default.
I'm also running a second video card, an ATI 9200 (that's a no-no they tell
me) and see those flashing triangles, I call them artifacts, in the 3d view
if I turn on Lighting and Transform in the game's Display Hardware settings
for that card. They go away if I turn that setting off, but that cuts my
frame rate to about half, I don't know why.
