Exporting Character Info?

Is there any way to get a dump of your character's info, such as skill
levels, armour and so on into a file (text or structured)?

I'm looking to put the details on a web site so me and my friends can
see when we can help upgrade armour, weapons and so forth.

Also, some way to dump out the recipes known would be good so we could
know what our blacksmith/leatherworker etc knows how to make.
