I am nearing the end of a game playing as the Robots (Race 6) and
decided that I would try the exotic tech, Propaganga 1, 2 and 3.
I now receive the following message:
"We have detected propaganda being transmitted to our colonists from
unknown sources. We rate the propaganda level at: 35
We think the transmissions are coming from Empire 6"
My question is what is the point of using this exotic tech if it also
effects you?
Am I being effected less, more or the same as my enemies?
I dont bother using the Shokazul Pulse anymore as I believe the amount
of colonist's that I am attracting into my nests is probably higher
than my enemies population growth (not even taking into effect the
large amounts of MC, they are generating for me).
Are these exotic techs a waste of time?
