No. I don't want to change the past. I just want to put my players in
a setting, make them familiar with it and the npcs, and then kill
everyone and destroy everything, making the pcs fight an hopeless
fight from the Wyld frontiers to the Blessed Island, and a last stand,
Alamo-like, defending the doors of the Imperial manse : and when the
last pc fell, killed by a giant fair folk noble, the point of view
goes up, high angle, and show the imperial defenses activating,
because the sacrifices of the pcs gave the (soon to be) empress
enought time to use them.
(and maybe the empress is carrying the kid of one of them, kid who
will be named Ragara (IIRC))
I want to create a short campaign, and a closed one. I want to put my
players in a familiar setting and then destroy it. Then, after, we'll
go back to a regular, "do as you want, everything is possible", solar
game
I'm planning at least 10 adventures for the "getting to know the
settings, making friends with npcs" part, and 3-4 for the "Front row
places for the Apocalypse " part.
