Post subject: [Exalted] The Broken-Winged Crane

In the setting of /Exalted/, the Broken-Winged Crane has not actually
been written yet. Instead, each copy found is a shadow pulled from a
future time when it has been written. (And each is subtly different, as
the future timeline changes based on the events of the present.)
A thought occurred to me this morning. Do we know who wrote it, either
from Exalted or from Kindred of the East? Because maybe that's what the
Scarlet Empress is doing to while away the time in Hell until she can
return to Creation...

in writing, as I believe it was that book which damned her in the first

I believe so, although I am not certain that was ever canonically and
unambiguously declared. /Exalted: The Dragon-Blooded/ does have some
poor Terrestrial being given the hentai anime tentacle treatment by the
Ebon Dragon, and he mentions that she read their "prayer book," but for
all I know that could be what Mnemon does in her spare time.
