Evil Genius: Unlock all rooms cheatcodes?

Is there a cheatcode for unlocking all rooms, in Evil Genius?

I've looked at the GameFAQs site, and haven't found anything.


I'm interested only in rooms, nothing else. I want to "experience the
game", i.e. get every minion type, object type and so on the "straight
way", but with the ability to lay out my base in advance, in-game
