Correct and I would add:
2bis) You cannot use the < to regenerate outside the SMC on the cave
entrance
2ter) You have to stay in the SMC until level 50
3) No altar should be generated in the SMC - or at least no saccing
4) Use any version (gamma 16 for hard challenge, 1.0.0 for harder and 1.1.1
for hardest) except 1.0.0 prerelease 1 for one obvious reason
