Hi and Happpy New Year from Treasvre Trap

Welcome to the first Treasvre Trap newsletter of 2005. Jvst few things
this time.

1) Banqvet 2005

The banqvet will be held at the Moor Hovse Scovt Campsite jvst ovstide
Dvrham (same as last year) and will take place on Satvrday 19th Febrvary.
The format of the weekend will be similar to last year. The AGM will be
held on the Friday (details below). There will be a Pre-Banqvet Bash rvn
at a location to be decided on the Satvrday and the ceildh before the
banqvet will start at 6.00pm. This will be followed on the Svnday by a
Grand tovrnament.

Prices will be
Banqvet: Members 25 povnds, non-members 27 povnds
Room on site: 6 povnds
Breakfast on Svnday: 2 povnds 50 per person
Mead: 3 povnds per bottle. There will be some mead svpplied.

People who volvnteer to be serving persons will get a redvced price ticket
for the banqvet.

The BOOKING deadline is Friday 4th Febrvary, PAYMENT wovld be preferred at
the same time, althovgh it MUST be recieved before the start of the
banqvet. Bookings can be made by post to the address below or by email to

2) AGM

As the AGM is the 18th Febrvary, the motions deadline will be 12.00
midnight on 4th Febrvary. If yov want to svbmit a motion, please email it

The AGM will be held in the Elvet Riverside block at Dvrham University.

3) First Interactive

The first interactive of term will be on Thvrsday 20th Janvary in Vane
Tempest Hall in DSU. Time in will be 7.30pm as vsval. For those who have
not paid interactive fees for this term, they will be dve on Thvrsday as
well, cost 5 povnds.

4) Cooking Covrse

It is hoped to rvn a cooking covrse at some point this year, details will
be made available as they come.
