| Monkey Island, the remake. - Maniac Mansion and Zak McKracken have spawned several and sequels. To my knowledge there's not even an attempt to make a fanbased Monkey Island. Even though MI was the longest running and probably has the biggest fanbase. Why is this? The..

paper writing - This is why I missed school, I suppose. High school - with its short papers of 2 pages (double spaced) and thus, hardly long at all. And easy. 10 pages to write by 12:15pm. It is 5:10am. I am still on page 1. Gotta love ~Kris

I'd suggest using the game to recruit new people into here, but that has
never worked before either.

Did you download the client, or were you trying to use the crazy online
version? I've never been able to get the online one to work.
You shouldn't need flash, just a reasonably up-to-date version of java.

I like neither of them. Java is waaaaaaay to big and has always slowed
down the systems I used it on. It also ads one of those nasty taskbar
icons I don't want.
Flash is too often used for stuff I don't want anyway. Like ads and
websites that are flashy but slow and don't offer real content.
The Microsoft dot net (or something like that) is another "why bother
downloading". As soon as some application says you need it, I skip past it.
On the upside: I'm virus free and my paranoia is going strong.

Aren't you posting Youtube links in another thread? How are you viewing
those without Flash?
