As it turns out, only people with a *European* cart got an Easter
present. In particular they got the Green Pipe. We in the US got
nothing.
Remember, there are three types of carts for most popular DS games...JP
(Japan), NA (North America), and EU (Europe). Each cart accesses a
different part of the Nintendo Wifi network.
The Japanese network has been *extremely* good about wifi gifts, I
quote from Liquefy's JP FAQ from Gamefaqs:

End of quote.
In the US, we have only had four wifi gifts...The Coin, in mid-January.
A glitched red tulip, slightly after that. A Lovely Table, for
Valentine's Day. And a Top Hat for President's Day. The Top Hat seems
to still be active now and then, as I received it once a full month
after the holiday (as have others).
I have no idea why Nintendo of America is neglecting us so, but don't
forget, they did the same exact thing when AC for GC hit the
market...After a couple months, almost no support.
