East Coast (-5 GMT) Player Looking For Guild

Hey all.

I'm getting tired of going solo 99% of the time. I'm just looking for a
guild who's having fun doing PvP and raids, but people who also
contribute to gearing up fellow guildies without the 'leet speak' idiot
attitude.

I'm currently playing on Emerald Dream, and I've got some so-so
characters who need to be adopted.

My current characters on Emerald Dream (all Night Elf):

Solonor - Hunter (Skinning/Leatherwork)
Talandar - Warrior (Mining/Blacksmith)
Shingo - Rogue (Herbalism/Alchemy)
Enik - Priest (Tailor/Enchanter)

All under level 30, but I'm pretty aggressive about quests/leveling.

Anyone recruiting?

If not, anyone interested in starting a guild of (y)our own?

The Templars of Hyjal and the Fishers of the Temple don't recruit, but
if we seem like the kind of guilds you'd be interested in, then you are
welcome to get to know us and eventually join us if that seems like a
good idea on both sides.

Both guilds are light RP guilds; in other words, there is a story about
what each guild is, and we assume that you'll have a story about who
your characters are, and you'll try to more or less play the character
to reflect those stories. In practice, people in the guilds drift into
and out of character more or less at will, and nobody seems to have any
issues with it. We have some members who are fairly hardcore RPers, and
others who don't really try that hard to RP, and it all seems to work
just fine.

The Templars of Hyjal is for "good guy" characters, who have a code of
honor, who eschew ganking, and who do not attack the opposing faction
unprovoked, except in the case of people on its known enemies list.

The Fishers of the Temple is for "bad guy" characters--a secret society
of assassins and death squads who carry out revenge hits and acts of
terror. The Templars deny all knowledge of the Fishers, and of course
the rumors of secret funding and information leaks are completely
unfounded (nudge nudge, say no more).

Our total membership is probably about 20-30 people playing between 55
and 65 characters. The highest level is Heirobhan, level 60 hunter and
Guild Master of the Templars. The Fishers is the newer guild; its
highest level currently is Quatherine, level 32 rogue.

For both guilds we like to get to know you before you join. There is no
application or anything like that, but if you want to learn more about
us and maybe think about joining, contact one or two members in-game
and chat us up. We'll arrange for you to come along on some instance
runs or patrols or hits or whatever. If we get along well and have fun,
then we'll invite you to join.

Talk to Heirobhan or Ivanian or Kryckit or Moonstone about the
Templars.

Talk to Spielengeist or Quatherine or Snarli or Flustern about the
Fishers.

If you want to have characters in both, you can certainly do that; many
of us do.
