GET READY! EA ANNOUNCES THE SIMS 2 WILD SUMMER
From Cruise Ships to Camping Grounds, Sporting Arenas and more, Your
Sims are Taking a Break from the Workplace
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. - April 1, 2006 - Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: ERTS),
the world's leading interactive entertainment software company, today
announced that its Maxis studio is developing The Sims 2 Wild Summer,
the fourth expansion pack to the fastest-selling PC game, The Sims™ 2.
With The Sims 2 Wild Summer, adult sims take a break from running
their businesses and going to work to go on holiday, attend community
events or even party with friends and family. Will your sim become the
neighborhood barbeque king or will your teenage daughter use her
summer break from school to find that first romance visiting one of
several exotic new locations - the Sims are taking time off for
themselves!
I gotta say, I don't like the sound of this at all... sounds like a
filler EP! >> Stay informed about: NEXT EP: WILD SUMMER! |

Hehe... I would have hated it, but I think it would have been somewhat
in line with what Maxis has pushed out so far... and I'm a little
concerned that they've run out of ideas since they haven't announced
the next EP... crossing my fingers for farm+pets... >> Stay informed about: NEXT EP: WILD SUMMER! |

I HOPE it'll be with Family Fun which will be released in less than
two weeks... maybe they're hoping more people will buy it just to find
out which EP is coming next LOL >> Stay informed about: NEXT EP: WILD SUMMER! |

LOL you're so kind! I did think of The Sims Vacation. You know? I
wouldn't mind a Vacation EP......IF......they add a lot better stuff
than in The Sims 1 Vacation EP. That would go a long with Business very
well....if they let us have our own hotels and motels.

Whoa, that would actually be pretty cool, if you could build, own and
run your own holiday destinations... you could just charge people per
hour, like normal, you know? Except they would stay for a 24 hour
period or more, and with families, if they did check in, so the stakes
would be higher. >> Stay informed about: NEXT EP: WILD SUMMER! |

Yeah, actually the more I think about it, the more I would like a
vacation type theme. I believe though what I have in mind will have to
wait until Sims 3 or 4. LOL

That would be an expensive way to found out. LOL I'm not sure if I'm
buying that Family Fun. If you do, I'll just wait to see what you think
