EIKA - The Earth Intelligence and Knowledge Agency

If current agencies and militaries would move away from costly solutions and
rely or at least provide a chance for better than human minds to be created
with a little funding and a simple venture to "shampoos'" house then the
world would be a better place.

So send the vans, trucks and government towards EIKA (pronounced "eye ka")
physically, and supplied bandwidth then all people on Earth could start
programming logical brains with my roadmap and others.
