Dwarf Paladin Warhorse quest help Needed.

Just have afreind who is a DWARF and he is level 40, and I was trying
to help him get his mount. Had a brain fade and though Cathedreal
Square in Stormwind then realised he AINT HUMAN, or a smaller version



Where does he have to go to get his free Warhorse or what ever Dwarfs
get ???

He needs to pick up the quest from the pally trainer in IF. I think that
from there on it's the same quest line, ie. go to SW and get your horse.
