A couple of thoughts for Dry Dock, with an eye towards possibly
reducing micro.

Thought 1: Allow a Dry Dock to use parts from the base it is over
(same player only). Since there is (or has been) some weirdness about
determining if two objects are at the same location, require the Dry
Dock Ship to also set the base as its escort target.


Thought 2: If the above is allowed, the Dry Dock may as well also be
able to grab metals and money from the same base.

Yes to both (using quick build), but make sure the ship respect the
size limit of the dry dock (hull mass limit).
*The Total number of ships build should not exceed the max cargo hold
of the dry dock ship in metal.*

#3 They should be able to repair ship, see repair ship with dry dock
discussion.
