I hate asking for help, but i am truly stuck. I have the axe from the
shed. Do i kill the dog? hehe.. Seriously.. I dont know where to go
from here.

Go back down in the sewer(?) and look for a dumpster(?) you can push.
After that look for a place to use the axe.

I need some help! I am in a cave and i see three symbols and if i choose one is sing a music. Which is the correct order or where i find the correct order?

Dreamfall any better than TLJ? - I hated the protagonist from The Longest Journey, she was a whiney little thing with far too much angst. It basically turned me off to the whole game and I never finished. Is Dreamfall any better in that regard?
