Mame for PS1 - Hi , Does anyone know the easy way for creating a bootable CD mame game disk for PS1. Any help will be most helpful. Please include any links.

LCD for Mame - yes Can anyone recommend an LCD in the 19 or 20" range thats good for mame and games? If have a CRT IIyama but want an LCD because its more portable.

MAME CHD Performance - I am having getting some of my CHD games to run at full speed, it seems like the Frame Rate is too slow on games like SF2049 and Area51MX. However, other CHD's like Area51 and 2 run just fine. Are there any settings I should be..

the oficial mame site only the windows versions?

I think your out of luck. If I remember correctly, DOSmame became
unsupported some time back, because no-one was porting it across to that
platform.

I miss DOS... it never did crash on me (unlike all the GUI OS's I have
ever used) and DOS MAME and MAMEMENU together were better than all this
MAME32/GxMAME malarkey...

I agree. I wouldn't have a non DOS mame system. I see no reason for all
the 32MAME stuff. No need at all. Except I guess that 32 is the official
port now, and DOS is secondary.
