Which part in particular are you having trouble with? Once you learn
the layout of the mansion and worked out the code for the safe, it's a
doddle.
The safe is located in the basement. Get down there by finding the
kitchen and taking the door. The lock for the safe is a simple
trial-and-error puzzle, so make sure you write everything down.

ya thanks i know where the safe is and i got half the code but in the wrong
order sometimes i get lost in the mansion and i got stuck after i went down

hmmm I recognise your issues, I hated this mission too. It was a little bit
'out there'.
I "kind of" skipped it by looking up the code on the Internet (gamefaqs.com
for example, or google it). Then, at least, you only have to do one or two
of those stupid chores.

I got through on my first try thanks to GameFAQs. Pure luck that I
wasn't called up for a chore...
