I would like to know just what the f..k is going on with this item? Last few
days trade channel is spammed by people linking Dirge (a dagger) into the
chat constantly. People try to make all kind of sentences out of it like:
Silvermoon server trade channel:
Player1: Crafting Dirge, your mats my nether!
Player1: WTS Dirge
Player2: Shut the Dirge up!
Player3: I Got my Dirge right here in my pants...
Player4: Stop spamming Dirge or ill report you all!!!
Player5: DirgeDirgeDirgeDirge! hahahaha lol11!!1 What are you Dirge'ing
about? xD
Player9: Who let the Dirge out??

This has been happening on my server too (EU-Quel'Thalas). Very
annoying and stupid. |

This has also been happening on my server for a week or two now.
Anytime you are in a city, trade chat is just full of dirge related
gibberish. I have no idea what it is about, and where it came from, I
do know that it does get a bit old very quickly though. >> Stay informed about: Dirge :O |

Same on EU/Nagrand, for the past ten days or so the trade channel has
been full of muppets spamming about the sodding Krol Blade. It was

At least you don't have the "Harry Potter and the [ITEM LINK]" spam on
your trade channel, that is 90% of what I see on a daily basis over on

I'm not sure about this Dirge thing..... however, 'Chuck Norris' does
apprears on EVERY channel in my realm Aman'Thul (Oceanic)
And, i've no idea what Chuck Norris gotta to do WoW too...:>

I am from Sylvanas EU and everything started in the summer of 2007.
Someone got the drop for the Plans and quickly became a meme because
of the way it sounds I guees. Lots of peeps got suspended and it
finally chilled. You hear the occasionally WTB Dirge OMG OMG but they

I regularly report the worst offenders of this pandemic. I just right
click and report spam. Some people make it easy and admit to spamming
in their spam. Last night, when I signed on, I got a message that
said "Ignore removed from list, player no longer exists." Either 1
person was removed from my ignore list and I don't know who, or at
some point I either reported or added a player to my ignore list who

How to avoid knocking out dots? - Especially in 40 man raid, I wonder what the good guilds do... Ours have 5-6 locks in a raid pretty often, and we are "fighting" for the "dot space" in between us and with other members of the raid. Any suggestions? |
