Do Cyborg Fireclouds work when damaged? I was wondering if it was
like cloaking, where I know if there's some amount of damage to them
(I'm not sure how much) they can't cloak anymore.

HYP ships work with any amount of damage, I believe?

"Yes" for both.

However, not-too-ancient PHost versions allow you to configure failure
levels (DamageLevelForHyperjump/ChunnelFail).

For TimHost the answer is - I may be wrong - in both cases, "damage
doesn't matter". Playing with PHost, the answer depends upon your config
settings:
DamageLevelForHyperjumpFail
DamageLevelForChunnelFail

For standard ship list settings they should both be 100%, for plist 51%
and 11% respectively.
