I have a dedicated Rush the Rock and have the opportunity to purchase a
Cruisin USA board (for my younger girls to play). Does anyone know if
this is merely an easy swap of Jamma boards or is there more to it?
THanks.

They can be interchanged but outside of the JAMMA connector the extra
connectors wont line up. Plus there's no way to get feedback while playing
Cruisin with a Rush feedback board.
