- crawl - One of a kind monsters - The request for monster got me thinking: One of my favorite aspects of Crawl is that rather than endless flavors of the same basic monster type, there are are a few unusual monsters that require tactical and/or strategic

-Crawl- A dumb question - I'm stuck in the Orcish Mines in two small rooms connected by a stair. I can't find any secret doors, and I don't have any means of teleport. Am I doomed to a slow death by Darth.

-Crawl- Question regarding a curious Ghoul Fighter. - I found a +2 crystal plate mail before I left the first room in the dungeon. I put it on and decided to pursue instead of Unarmed Combat like I usually do because of the armor. I just made it to the Temple. Who should I choose to..

Crawl Item and Magic question from beginner - I have a question about a specific item. I purchased a "+4 Robe of in a shop. (I'm currently a level 11 Wizard) The says: increases the power of wearer's magical spells but is only intended for those who have very little..

I don't seem to find anywhere what "Saprovore" means... It's not in
manual etc...as far as I know. It is one things you see when pressing
% for example...

It means your character is willing to eat chunks when not hungry, and
has some resistance (generally strong resistance; exact strength
varies depending on what your source of Saprovore is) to sickness from
rotten chunks.
