Copy wishlist etc to new TiVo

How can I copy wishlist, season passes, to do list, etc. from one TiVo
to another TiVo?

I have two TiVo Series 2 units connected to my home network. I want to
physically swap the bigger upstairs TiVo with the one downstairs, and
move the current downstairs wishlist etc. to it.

Can this be done, preferably over the network so I don't have to pull
hard drives?

1) Install TivoWebPlus and FTP server on both machines.
2) Use web interface to Create Backup of Season Pass and settings.
3) Grab the file with the settings using FTP.
4) Upload settings file to other TiVo using FTP.
5) Use web interface on 2nd TiVo to import settings.

The first step requires pulling the hard drives, but the others don't.
