How do you do it? [modifier:Ctrl] does nothing for me, nor does spelling
it out.

If case matters, it should be modifier:ctrl (lowercase), but in 2.2.0
they changed some things - they added lshift, rshift, lctrl, rctrl,
lalt, ralt, maybe old ctrl is bugged? My macro with modifier:shift
seemed to be working fine.
