Hi,

I'm fairly new to VGA planets 4 and only played the UEA twice.

I've come up with a suggestion for the Contraband gathering change.

Rather than the police/military raid friendly/enemy bases for contra.
I think the UEA should get a percentage chance of getting free
contraband depending on the number of population located on the planet
as long as a redistribution centre and troops are present.

I was thinking it would work something like:

100,000 colonist = 1 contraband <> 1,000,000 colonist = 10 contraband
1000 troop = 1% <> 10,000 troops = 10%

As long as a redistribution centre is present every turn the following
calculation is done

Example: UEA planet with 500,000 colonist, 15,000 troops with
redistribution centre located

500,000 colonist = 5 contraband
15,000 troops = 15%

so every turn there is a 15% chance 5 random contraband will found on
the planet.

If you think this is to low or to high amount or percentage chance you
can mess with the maths.

Anyway its only an idea.

Clever. it would encourage ground assaults, and mimics the real-life
looting that occurs in wars.
