Don't forget the cute Battle Chicken. That little thing is tought but,
it can't stand up very long when fighting monsters at it's own level.

Combat Chicken. Gnomish Engineering.
There are three Dragonlings. The third, Arcanite Dragonling, does 69
damage a second for 60 seconds. That's 4140 dmg once an hour, assuming
it doesn't get hit. I has nearly no armor.

It does. But it also requires Gnomish Engineering. (As opposed to
Goblin Engineering.)
At least, i think it does. Check thotbot.

As far as I know you can only get the Yeti once, and it's only 3 charges
(the greench was a slightly greenish version of the yeti given as a holiday
present). There is a whistle that the beastmaster in SM drops that gives
you a tracking hound pet, and you can supposedly geek going to SM topick up
another when it runs out. I'm told the timbermaw have a combat pet, but I
don't have the rep to find out. *

The hound fights?
What do you mean by "geek"?

Unfortunate, as a tank is what I am looking for. Playing a mage, DPS is
not a problem. >> Stay informed about: Combat pets |

Yes, you need Exalted. I am currently reverred with them. And
eventually, i'll go finish up and get that trinket.
It's a poor trinket. A little healing and a little damage.
Another one, perhaps, is the six demon bag. Rare chance of a demon
spawning and fighting for you.

I think so. I've never had one.

I mistyped the word 'keep'. I was not having a good day when I typed that.

I have no idea. The farthest I am in any char is unfriendly. *

No combat pets will work as a tank as far as I know - they simply attack
whatever you're attacking, and don't have the full pet controls. *

That *would* be cool. Except it would have to leave IAE alone since
there are too many annoying mages already going around using that one
spell all the time. We can't encourage that.
Maybe as with Combustion, there could be a deep-tree talent with a
3-minute cooldown that turns Arcane Missiles into a multi-mob spell like
the Shaman lightning chain. >> Stay informed about: Combat pets |
