First of all, I highly suggest you check if your system specs matches that
of CFS. Are your settings within the range of your unit?
Next, you could set (a number of) programs that automatically startup in:
Start Menu > All Programs > Startup (this is a folder)
If you drag-and-drop an item there, it will startup the next time you boot
your XP. If you remove an item, it will cease from automatically starting up
until you place it there again.
But I highly doubt it is because of another program. But if it is, then feel
free to create a new username and just kill off the startup programs you do
not want there.
