Post subject: does CoX know Geforce 8?

OK, I built myself a new machine. I could afford to indulge myself for once
so I got (among other goodies) Twin Geforce 8600GTs (SLI, naturally). I
downloded the latest drivers from Nvidia but CoH says I am running on old
drivers, which has me confused.
Does CoH not grok Geforce 8 drivers that well? Version in use is 158.22.

Ooh. I thought my 8800 was kewl. Have no need at all for SLI, since it's of
use only in gaming - I justify near-top video for other reasons that just
happen to coincide with gaming excellence. But I admire from afar.
And no, there are NO Nvidia drivers that CoX recognizes as "not old" yet,
at least under Vista.

Been so long since I've seen that message I can't even recall where it
appears.
I've got a 6800 w/ 84.21 drivers so I'm guessing your right about it not
groking well.
Oh and in other news, anyone who hasn't snagged issue 19 of the comic
should, I'm thinking it has some hints about I10.
