I need to clear my DC's internal memory so I can change the serial
number and access key on Phantasy Star Online. I've heard that you can
do it with PlanetWeb v1, or with a homebrew called "DCflash" but I
can't find either of those. I've searched all the file-sharing
servers, with no luck. It must be out there somewhere! Any ideas?

Thanks for the input, folks. Yeah, that disk image wasn't what I was
after. If anyone has any other ideas, let me know.

Ah, that's too bad. Would have been kind of cool if you could have a
mini-version of Windows on the DC. Of course, I'd guess if that were
the case, we'd see mini versions of IE, Mozilla, etc. by now.
