You don't need to create the new folder, WoW will do that on it's own
when it sees the Addons folder is missing.
Or you can rename your Interface folder to Interface_Old, when WoW sees
there is no Interface folder, it will create a new empty one on it's
own. Basically both are the same idea.
This works on a Mac anyway.
