Civ 4 City icon - Does anyone know what the icon means that looks like a black rook chess icon? I know all the other symbols but have no idea what this one means. Im talking about the icon that is next to the religion icon and the icons. Anyone know?

Civ 4 and Missing City Name Text - I have just bought Civ4 and the names of the cities are display as blue squares instead of text. Anyone else seen this? Anyone know of a fix? I have installed the latest patch but that hasn't helped. Thanks.

Has anyone tried playing with only one city? And does that option force
other civs to maintain only one city too? Could be pretty entertaining if
that is the case.
