Yuh, ok, having a smoke beforehand probably doesn't help but I find it
really hard sometimes to tell whether I'm playing bots or not. Soon as
it clicks I usually leave the server feeling a bit sheepish...

Other than them having 0 ping and replying at the end of every game w/ gg
how can you tell you're playing bots?

worse, especially if you happen to be on duckie's server and he posts your
ridiculous "conversation" on usenet for the whole world to see. Haha!

Testing map question - Does anyone know if I can create a .bat file or something so I don't have to keep typing sv_pure 0 , /devmap etc ... in the console. when I am testing my game.

User Interface is version 4, expected 3 - Gidday, Am getting an error when connecting "User Interface is version 4, expected 3". I have googled the error and it seems to happen a lot but there are very few knowledgable answers. Running WinXP SP2 Quake 3 arena with latest updates (...

server messages - I'm running OSP, and want to have certain messages broadcast to all players at timed intervals. Like /say download maps at blahblah.here.com/maps I've seen it done, I just can't figure out how to make it happen.

question about weapons - i notice alot that players in excessive modes with electric gun seems to have very fast frags. unless you have the quad with that gun i dont see how u can kill very fast with it unless there is a cheat addon that u put with that gun that makes it..

Enemy Colors - Is there a way to change the enemy team (say in ufreeze) colors from the normal blue or red, to say, bright pink or green? I saw some people talking about it on a server, but they would not reveal their information to me.... not sure why that was. tia ...
